Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Once you place your order, we get to work right away. Your sofa is typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your sofa ships.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping and delivery on every order.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your packages are shipped, we’ll send you the tracking number(s) so you can easily track your order and follow its progress all the way to your door.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, or any international locations. Please note that we’re also unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Can I return my sofa?
We take great pride in the quality and comfort of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. For full details on our return and refund process, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my sofa arrives damaged?
Please inspect your sofa upon delivery. If you notice any damage, email photos to hello@embersofa.com within 48 hours, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Do the pieces connect together?
Yes! Each sofa piece can be securely connected from underneath using metal clips to keep the sections from separating during use. However, connecting the pieces is completely optional. Many customers choose not to connect them because it makes assembly easier and allows them to quickly move and rearrange the pieces into different configurations.
The ottoman does not connect and is completely free-roaming, so you can move it anywhere you like and use it as a footrest, coffee table, or extra seating.
Can I add more pieces to my sofa in the future?
Absolutely! EmberSofa is fully modular, so you can add pieces later if you want to expand or change your configuration. Available pieces include corner pieces, armless (middle) pieces, and ottomans, making it easy to customize your sofa as your space or needs change.
To purchase additional pieces, simply contact us with your original order confirmation or invoice so we can verify your fabric and color. We’ll provide you with an invoice for the additional pieces and, once paid, get them shipped out with tracking information.
What is the fabric made of?
Our sofas are upholstered in a premium synthetic linen-blend fabric.
What are the cushions filled with?
Our cushions are designed to give you that soft, sink-in feel while still providing plenty of support. They combine a plush feather and polyfill blend with supportive, high-resilience foam for a comfortable balance of softness and structure. Each cushion also has an inner protective liner that keeps the filling contained and helps maintain its shape over time. Foam is also added beneath the cushions to provide additional support and stability.
How do I assemble the sofa?
We designed EmberSofa to make assembly as simple and hassle-free as possible. Most customers can have their sofa fully assembled in less than 30 minutes—no special tools required. Simply unpack the pieces, arrange them in your desired configuration, and attach the covers. The sections can also be connected underneath using the included clips, but connecting them is completely optional. Many customers choose not to connect the pieces so they can easily move and rearrange their sofa whenever they like. Are the sofa covers machine washable?
Yes. We made EmberSofa easy to care for, with machine-washable covers on both the cushions and sofa bases. When they need a refresh, remove the covers and wash them using a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying the covers to help preserve their fit and appearance. This makes everyday spills, messes, and regular wear much easier to manage.
Ordering With Us
Can I cancel my order?
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we can only accept cancellations or order changes during the first 12 hours after purchase. Once this window has passed, your order may be in processing and we’re unable to make adjustments.

Do you offer financing?
