What's Covered

Our Lifetime Structural Warranty covers defects in the structural components of your sofa under normal residential use, including:

• Internal frame
• Structural joints
• Manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the sofa

If a covered structural defect occurs, we'll repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, pilling, wrinkling, or cushion softening
• Stains, spills, odors, burns, or discoloration
• Damage caused by pets, accidents, or misuse
• Improper assembly, cleaning, or care
• Commercial or rental use
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight

Each warranty claim is reviewed individually. Ember Sofa reserves the right to approve or deny any claim based on the information provided and the terms of this warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

• Date of purchase
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your submission, our support team will request photos or videos of the affected area. Additional information or an inspection may be required.

If your claim is approved, we'll determine the best solution, which may include a repair, replacement part, module replacement, or product replacement.
